Anti Aging/wrinkle natural way

As we age the skin is no longer able to retain moisture as it once did and the collagen and elastin fibers, which support the skin, become weaker. Slowly, the skin sags, and wrinkles appear. A few simple steps can help you look younger and more beautiful by reducing the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines.

# Drink plenty of Water, 6-8 glasses per day to keep the skin hydrated.
# Use Sunscreen, SPF 25 or higher, wear sunglasses with UVA protection
# Moisturize Regularly.
# Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables ,especially foods high in anti-oxidants.Foods rich in antioxidant are dark green leafy vegetables including spinach, bell and chili peppers, prunes, Raisins, Blueberries, Blackberries, Grren tea, sprouts .The theory is that the same anti-oxidants that protect our health when consumed as part of our diet can protect our skin when applied directly to the face.
# Exercise regularly. Exercise helps keep us from aging by keeping weight down, working the heart, toning muscles, and getting the blood flowing (to the skin!)
# Green tea when applied to skin ,rejuvenates the skin and prevent aging.
# Soy is an effective moisturizer and offers anti-oxidants.certain soy proteins help with pigmentation problems, like sun spots and other discolorations
# If you want to use a anti-wrinkle cream, then look for products which contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), Vitamin E etc,or a herbal cream with ingredients like Indian aloe (Aloe vera) ,Grapes ,Lemon ,Tomato ,White sandalwood etc

Alpha Hydroxy Acid: Alpha hydroxy acid weaken the fibers between the dead cells hastening the process of exfoliation, unblock pores, improve tone and texture of the skin and also take care of fine lines and wrinkles. Even blemishes and sunspots fade rapidly and the skin actually acquires a glow.

Vitamins: There are certain vitamins, which help in making the collagen fiber stronger and also help in reducing the fine wrinkle lines. Vitamin A or Retinol is a good exfoliator and collagen stabilizer. It hastens cell division and removes dead cells very efficiently. Vitamin C in the form of L-ascorbic acid is an antioxidant, which reduces wrinkles and also stabilizes collagen. Vitamin E improves moisturization.
